Protect work area (using plastic and drop cloths)

Moisturize popcorn texture prior removal.

Remove ceiling texture.

Collect all the debris right after removal.

Repair minor drywall scratches and cracks (light sand and apply a 2nd coat if needed)

Apply 1 coat of oil base primer to seal all surface and neutralize the areas.

Re-inspect all drywall for minor repairs & light sanding.

Apply 2-coats of paint (sanding in between)

Clean work area leave it in clean/broom condition.
